美國有一家很有名抄的咖啡連鎖店 (starbucks) 星巴克,這裡我就拿 starbucks 作例子,跟各位分享一下如何在 starbuck 點咖啡。通常我們是先講要大杯中杯還是小杯,再講要點哪一種咖啡。有趣的是starbucks 的大中小杯不叫 large, medium 或 **all,而是分別叫 venti (大杯)、grande(中杯) 和 tall (小杯)。
當然啦!所以 tall coffee 事實上是小杯。但是如果你硬是要說 **all coffee,店員也是聽得懂的。
