仔細看看的話，其實有規律的
多數以ese或者sh結尾的或單詞最後乙個音節讀音接近s的，複數一般沒有變化，不然不好讀。。畫蛇添足的感覺
多數以an結尾的，要變複數，後面都會加s，如canadians,americans
當然像fenchmen法國人，就是例外了，要單獨記，german也比較特別，雖然是man但複數是直接加s，不是germen
我自己總結的，可能不科學，你可以自己歸納看看，這樣好記點
